Introduction... Welcome to the new NASCAR Illustrated.
Purpose... As a builder of custom diecast, I'm constantly scanning the Internet for websites, pictures, and reference material to help me build my one of a kind cars.

Years Covered... The years that will be focused on are1973-1993. Why? Over the last few years of building diecast I found myself gravitating more and more to the cars of the Seventies and Eighties. I begin my coverage starting in 1973 as the modern era grabs NASCAR and begins her glorious rise. The early Nineties sort of ushered in a 'new' era of stock cars (they took the stock out of it) I figured this would be a good place to stop.

The Plan... The plan (and that changes every day) is to categorize the years, the cars, and the info to make it a little easier to navigate. This is not an expensive website and has some limitations so at this point I can't add pictures of your cars at this time, but please provide me a link (ie Fotki or Photobucket) and I'll be happy to post the link.
